To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please respect the following rules: Responsible consumption policy and additional services For a more sustainable and transparent management, water and electricity consumption are billed according to your actual use. On arrival and departure, a meter reading is taken. Here are the rates applied: • Electricity: 200 FCFA/kWh (about €0.30) Why this approach? It allows you to pay only for what you consume while contributing to a more responsible approach. Wi-Fi The accommodation is equipped with a rechargeable router, which you can charge at your convenience to stay connected throughout your stay. Please note: We submitted an application for a fibre subscription to Orange in April 2024 and we are waiting for the installation. Safety assured For your peace of mind and that of the house, our caretaker Modou is present every night. Its presence is essential to ensure a secure environment. If your child is disturbed by your presence, please let us know so that he can reduce his presence during the day. We recommend that you do not leave your valuables unattended. Although we have never had any problems with flying, it is always best to take precautions. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft. Arrival and departure times • Check-in: From 15:00 • Departure: Before 11:00 am If you need to adjust these times, please let us know in advance. Respect for the place • Thank you for treating this villa as if it were your own. Furniture and equipment must be used with care. • Parties and events: Strictly prohibited. • Pets: Not allowed unless previously agreed. Silence and neighborhood • Please do not play music that is too loud or noise too loud at all times. Smokers • This villa is non-smoking. Please smoke only in outdoor areas. Cleanliness and waste • Please leave the apartment in a clean condition. Garbage must be disposed of in the bins provided for this purpose. • Please do not leave leftovers or crumbs lying around or dirty dishes, use a garbage bag and take the trash out of the kitchen every day or 2 days so as not to attract unwanted people • If you use the kitchen, please clean it after use. Maximum occupancy • The number of guests is limited to 8 people. Use of equipment • You have access to all the facilities of the apartment, but please use them with care. • If anything is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately.
